Whakatāne District Council
To support positive change in the group activities of open spaces operations, aquatics and recreation, procurement and administration, properties and facilities assets. Teams have many synergies, are all closely aligned and contribute directly to the enhancement of the health, wellbeing and social enjoyment of the Whakatane community and visitors.
Western Bay of Plenty District Council
To change the plan to a new easy-to-read format and update the levels of service, lifecycle management, demand management and executive summary sections of the AMP.
Nelson City Council
To review the Property and Facilities Activity Management Plan at a high level, with the intent of preparing an improvement plan for updating of the AMP for 2024.
Ruapehu District Council
Field inspection of all Ruapehu District Council tracks, with asset data capture and assessment for future asset renewal planning processes.

Provide options to Council for the use of land leased by Council.
Porirua City Council
Xyst managed the necessary Reserves Act applications, ie the temporary reserve closure approval and easement, and the DoC marginal strip approval, on behalf on Porirua City Council to enable tight timeframes to be met for a major trunk sewer upgrade project required by Kāinga Ora.
Waipā District Council
Xyst provided robust technical evidence for open space qualifying matters to protect Cambridge, Te Awamutu and Kihikihi’s open space network from potential negative effects associated with the inclusion of Medium Density Residential Standards into the District Plan.
