South Waikato District Council
Xyst analysed options for the delivery of open space maintenance services under Section 17a of the LGA and made recommendations for the preferred option.

Matamata-Piako District Council
This project was required to establish consistency in approach to streetscaping within and between communities in the Matamata-Piako District, and to provide robust guidelines for service delivery. Deliverables were incorporated into the review of the Open Space Strategy.
City of Darebin
Develop and undertake fit-for-purpose audit of natural and structural shade for selected facilities within the Council’s open space network
Boffa Miskell
Xyst developed a digital open space assessment tool and assessed 131 parks for a range of quality factors
City of Darebin
Xyst Australia Ltd Pty was engaged by Darebin City Council to undertake a series of performance assessments of playgrounds located at 29 child care centres.
Kāpiti Coast District Council
Xyst undertook a Needs and Feasibility Assessment, commissioned to determine the need for such a multi-purpose facility and consider the feasibility of the project to construct and operate.
